Great mic but i Would not recommend this for any live environment simply cause these mics are so sensetive. Sure sm58 for vocals and an akg for guitars. À great artist should sound great through any mic is what my old teacher used to say ;)

@alisonfrenchofficial Well, it's not unique to this microphone, but typical cardioid condenser microphones, and usually large-diaphragm ones are indeed very sensitive, and therefore prone to feedback unless handled very carefully-that's why Neumann released their KMS105 Microphone, which can be used on stage for vocals (or guitars) for Neumann sound quality, but tighter polar pattern with better off-axis rejection. Is this primarily a studio mic or can it be used in clubs without a lot of feedback? I'm interested in using this with the Bose L1 PAS.

What are the cons of this system?

@whitebaba For singing, most condensers like this one are prone to feedback, so you have to be careful with something like this. We have had success using LDC's such as the TLM102 in close-miking situations on instruments, but their sensitivity (and cardioid polar pattern) can lead to feedback, and typically do when attempted to use on vocals. That's what the Neumann KMS105 is for- check that out. They are fantastic, and even less money... we also sell them if you are interested.

Dawn is gorgeous. This mic is gorgeous.I already sang a couple of songs with it that I hadn't been confident with before. Get this mic. It makes your voice happy !
