  • @sarangpurandare It's called a "guide". make sure u set "view ruler" on, and drag ur mouse to the ruler, click and hold left button, and drag the mouse toward the canvas.

u should see a line coming in. that's a guide.

    hope this helped :D

btw wen u wanna delete the guides u simple click and drag the guide completely out of the canvas toward the rulers. u'll c the guides disappearing when u fully drag the guides out of the canvas

  • @Mushryton that worked fine.... thnxx :D

  • Extremely well done. Can't get enough of your video tutorials. Best tutorials by far. Very easy to follow. You present the material, not only in this video, but in all of the other videos that I have seen as well, in such a clear and concise way, that it's a pleasure to learn. Thank you!

    RAPE FACE

  • It would be nice if you told us what the extra "shiny elements" were and how to make them!

  • Very great Tutorial! I might have another tip you can use for this button:

At about 8:50 you could also use a cut mask for the carbon layer. (alt+cmd+G or alt+click between the "donut" and the carbon layer). The cut mask is mostly more accurate and if you change the shape of the donut later on, you don’t have to create a new layer for the carbon texture. Just fill in the whole layer with the carbon pattern and it will adjust with the shape of the donut layer.

  • love it!!!!

  • Your website is really good mate. Big props for ya :)

  • Yet another fantastic tutorial from Iceflow Studio, thanks and keep up the good work.

  • Defo using this :D

  • When it turned blue @ 9:38 i fucking orgasmed :O

  • It looks better if you rasterize the "doe nut" thing, take the elliptical marquee tool and make a small circle @ the end of the "doe nut" thing, then select inverse, then take the eraser and erase the sharp ends. Move the selection to the other side and repeat. Blue does look better!

  • How do I get those grids that you havethere?

  • How do you get that cross going through your picture? Looks really helpful for centering things.

  • @kickit246 You just pull them out from the margins. Click and drag, simple as that..

  • @SuccubusLover69 I have no margins :/

  • @kickit246 Add them in the "View" menu.. called rulers, or just press ctrl+R

  • @SuccubusLover69 Thank you very much sir. :) I greatly appreciate your help!

  • ¿Can I help? I know how to use almost all Adobe products and Sony Vegas. Plus, i speak 3 languages and I have loads of free time

  • Blue looks way cooler, it's the techno/digital color. I'm gonna go try this out, awesome tutorial! :D

  • Great lighting/glow effects. I'll definitely be using this! Thanks IceFlow!

  • change the angle to 90 percent... lol

  • My ellipse tool drags from the corner not from the centre - how do i change this so i can pick the same centre point? Anyone with the answer - help much appreciated

  • @chriswhitehead If you're on a mac, hold down the option key along with the shift key. If you're on a PC hold down Alt + shift. :)

  • Hey everyone!

  • Hey, I just want to give you some credit to how good these tutorials are. Not only are they helpful, informative, and easy to follow, but you do it so fast that I don't waste half an hour watching the tutorial. You make it nice and concise, and I get some new skills in under 10 mins. Very good job, and thank you.

  • i like the videos better!! So glad about iceflows studios .com yeah!! Thank you so much!!!!

  • how do you get the lines up that create the cross on page?

    Nice site BTW

  • @Chuckycarp I'm pretty sure it's an app he made a video about earlier... Try searching his videos.

But another way you can use without downloading the app is enabling your 'rulers' (found in the top bar, beside the zoom level), choosing the 'single row/ column marquee tool', moving ur cursor until you're exactly on the 50% mark on the ruler and making a selection. You then should stroke the selection, making sure you select 'inside' for the location, repeat on the other side, and voila!

  • I like d blue one :)

  • thank u :) I'll try it as soon as I can coz currently I dont hv photoshop :( my pc was formatted :( so but I am gonna try it :)

  • gj keep it up mann!

  • go ahead and

  • great vid , thanks :)

  • 3 people never heard of photoshop.

  • This tutorial seemed somewhat rushed, and there was a lot (obvious) audio corrections in it -- am I right in my assumption, thinking that it was rushed, for the sake of it being out by the release of the new iceflowstudios website?

  • Amazing. Do you have a book published? I would be first in line to buy it lol :)

  • One of the best tutorials i've seen. :D

  • Circseption!

  • the site says "coming soon"

  • @mikifp1 Clear your browser's cache and try again.

  • @IceflowStudios Thanks! By the way nice video.

  • the glowing circle makes it look like shit.

  • Blue looks much better than that lime green.

  • @DenitheGreat It's a matter of opinion...

  • @DenitheGreat blue is my favorite color

  • @DenitheGreat I never would argue of color, but I think blue is just overrated and too often viewable in the middle of the power-buttons. :D
