    Quite honestly, I dont have a real grip exercise routine... I improved by doing deadlifts.. sometimes once in a blue moon holding heavy bars up for my grip, and probably once a week, I mess with grippers..

    I just try and try and ive improved since..

    Right now Im trying to do assisted #3 closes and Im getting close. I have yet to post a #2.5 close video.. I can do it, just havent made the video yet.

  • Thanks, based on my older vids, I feel like ive gained a noticeable amount of grip strength.

    I think my best with right is #2 x 12 and #2.5for 1( but I can't do it consistently yet)

    with my left hand, my best is #2 x 4...

    Ill try to make a left hand vid soon..
