Why is nancy pelosi Not Willing to debate any canadate? That woman hasn't had to defend any position for years. These politicians must have term limits.
VOTE nancy pelosi OUT OF THE PEOPLES CONGRESIONAL SEAT AND SEND THE politicians A CLEAR MESSAGE. THEY WORK FOR THE PEOPLE
pelosi needs to be kicked out she is a bum!!!!!!!!!!!! treason !!!!!!!! worthless!!!!!!!!!! we have to read the obamacare to know what its about OH COME ON!!!!!!!! a two year old could have said it better, we wont pay anything back let them pay it back they did it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@wolfgangfaust I agree!!!! I am from NJ and I support John Dennis,no I can`t vote for him but I certainly donated to him!! You need to replace PELOSI without a doubt!!! Unfortunately in my state we do not have anyone of substance representing us.
In contrast John Dennis has an active base of volunteer support, and qualified for the ballot with more petition signatures from district voters than the San Francisco Republican Party has seen in over 30 years. John Dennis is in it to win it.
Well this is more like a reason not to vote for Dana Walsh - she ran against Pelosi in 2008 and recieved a whopping 9.3% of the vote, even Cindy Sheehan performed better than that. Dana doesn't even live in the district and has stated as much that she isn't in it to win it, but to raise money.
Of the San Francisco GOP Executive Committee members eligible to endorse, all have endorsed John Dennis. Jim Anderer said "If our party rallies around John, we may have an historic upset in the making." Chief of Police and Republican leader Tony Ribera, Bay Area Republican leader Leo Lacayo, former San Francisco Supervisor Tony Hall, and the iconic Barry Goldwater Jr. have also endorsed John Dennis.
reason #3 continued - Not just for a few years, but a chance to remove liberals from power for the rest of our lifetimes with a stake though the heart of the progressive movement with the rise of these libertarian Republicans behind their castle walls.
reason #3 to support John Dennis - I believe that with traditional conservative Republican candidates running in the Statewide races and rural/suburban districts - along with the libertarian Republicans in urban areas long written off as too liberal to compete in, we have a winning coalition to take back America.
As an example, in conversation I've had with Mr. Dennis, he believes that the federal government has no authority to legalize abortion due to the 10th Amendment, and that it is a State issue. Contrast that with the liberal view that the federal government can do Anything they want it to
The reality of San Francisco and other very liberal urban areas - libertarian Republicans like John Dennis can win support of these urban areas that the GOP has long written off. Pelosi has never had a traditional Republican challenger poll higher than 18% and that was in 94. On these social issues that he can connect with voters there, Id rather deal with a libertarian Republican who believes the Constitution says what it means, than a liberal like Pelosi
sanfranrepub1 - why you should consider backing John Dennis
1 - The precarious economic state of our nation due to our deficit, debt, and government largess. It is imperative we elect strict fiscal conservatives who believe in limited government where ever possible - it trumps all issues. If the federal government continues on the path its on, it wont matter if you and I believe the war on terror needs to be aggressively waged with every available tool - we wont have the money to fight it
California District 8 U.S. Congressional seat challengers JOHN DENNIS (R) 1592 Union St. San Francisco, CA 94123 Tel. # 415-729--5846 DANA WALSH (R) 1592 Union St. San Francisco, CA 94123 Tel. # 415-74901942 SUMMER SHIELDS (D) Tel. # 415-546-4900
John Dennis is NOT a republican. He is a Libertarian running as a Republican. He is against extra judicial systems- therefore, he is for closing gitmo, returning all known and suspected terrorists back to their countries as heroes so they can commit more terror, he is for civilian trials, and lawyers for terrorists. So trying the 911 mastermind in NY, TOTALLY ok in John's book.
he also thinks our foreign military bases are uncontitutional and that they do NOT make us safer. SO- supporting the cause of non-proliferation is not a big deal to john, apparently. he also thinks we should try and make the oil producing countries with known ties to terrorists, like us.
@sanfranrepub1 Why do we have armed military OCCUPYING SOVEREIGN COUNTRIES. We have a nuclear arsenal that could eliminate life on earth 100 times over. We hit a button and an entire country ceases to exist. I suppose this fact that we occupy these countries doesn't create resentment. Do some research on the CIA and number the people they've murdered the world over. The elected presidents of countries they've assassinated because they wouldn't play ball. Jesus they've killed our own politicians
@sanfranrepub1 You need to study the history of the Soviet Union, then just Russia and then the bankrupted Russia. Don't read it with the idea of what they lost in losing the satellites that made up the old U.S.S.R. look at it from the stranglehold it put on the soviet people by their government. Transpose that to the United States and if you cannot see the parallels your blind. Proliferation then / terrorism now has been an excuse for eliminating the sovereignty of the American people
@MrRiceowlex The United States is bankrupted by design. I say is because we are.
By design is to bring in a depression, financial cataclysm to bind you to the state for what you need to survive if you are capable of doing so without participating in a worthless fiat based bankrupted economy. It happened here in 1929, it happened in Russia, ask someone from Detroit, Cleveland, Argentina..?How do you think the people that actually own this country propose to bring you into line ?

John Dennis seems to be on par with Ron Paul ideals but I'm weary on Steve Poizner, he worked for homeland security cyber division on terrorism and patriot act, but I will do further reasearch
it will be a great day if we can send that wackjob pelosi home from washington. i will be continuing to support dennis with a few bucks here and there as my budget allows. if ntohing else we can keep her busy in SF defending her seat.
The enthusiastic applause that Pelosi gave Obama during the State of the Union indicates how delusional she really is. Her defeat would make a big difference for this country.
That positive vision of his will take this campaign far. What does Pelosi offer? More big, corrupt bureaucracy/corporate/bankster/militaristic cronyism.
Pelosi needs to go. She's a utopian progressive trying to build heaven on earth on the backs of the American taxpayer and for the benefit of the enlightened elite.

Before you guys out in California take on Pelosi, how about replacing your State Legislature. That would solve a lot of the problems.
