Same here. Those symptoms may happen if a person smokes too much but they still don't compare to the health effects of too much alcohol or cigarettes which are legal. (or even NORMAL amounts of alcohol or cigs!)
Government is supposed to protect the rights and property of people - NOT be our mommy and stop us from doing things that could be harm us if misused.
