  • Depends on the person. Some are genetically inclined to be super flexible, some get it through training.

  • @BboyTutsi No diet that I know of. I think very disciplined practice is the answer. Also genetics is probably an important factor. Long ligaments help. The right bone structure probably helps too, for example not everyone can learn the middle splits - your hip joints must be the right shape. I think most people can achieve good results with the right training. Good luck! Happy stretching!
