this brings back the painful memories. took me 3 and a half hours to get thru these. i also had to take a couple 15 minute breaks during the 3rd level because the thumb i use to hit spacebar was aching.

First level: 1 hour, fairly calm

Second level: 20 minutes, slightly maddened, pain in the thumbs

third level: 1 hour, curse words flowing out of me, enraged and severe pain in my thumbs + blisters.

Way to fuck up a day, smb. I wasn't even able to finish the third one.

you should seriously consider playing jumper. Its essentially what this game is based off (hence the "ripoff" joke) but even harder.

Are these the most difficult levels in the game? I don't think there was a single level that took me more than about 10 minutes or maybe 50 tries, but these three levels alone kept me up until 4 in the morning. Easily a full third of my deaths have been from these levels :P.

And btw, Stage 1 and 3 is EASY compared to elevator of death in Stage 2.

@aulwynd I did it like 4 hours ago. It took me TWO solid hours of gameplay of constant trial to do it. I got totally lucky going through levels 1 and 2. Level 3 was still hard, but I somehow did miraculous run to get by.

Easily the most hellish set of platforming in my LIFE. Even the actual I Wanna Be The Guy isn't THIS difficult.

Quite a few people have LP'd IWBTG, myself included. It's hellacious enough, but this is overkill lol. The only plus side is that the wall jumping doesn't look as broken as IWBTG's is. Still, IWBTG is fun(once you beat it and learn the game lol. the first time is a pain in the royal ass.) Super Meat Boy looks fun, I may have to purchase it. Awesome vid Durden, as always :)
