  • Bungle in the jungle.

  • Actually, this scenario took place somewhere in either the Pacific or Atlantic (forget which). But it was not in the middle of the African jungles. Still, it was quite a shlocky movie!

    :)

  • this made me laugh...especially when the dancer at 2:30 got lost!! hahahaha......thanks for the video!!

  • Sixty years ago, choregraphers didn't have to much imagination and the music didn't help either JA JA JA JA JA ....

  • There have been both talented and inept choreographers in every era, just as there have been talented and inept actors, writers, directors and producers. It's a big mistake to think that the modern era is the pinnacle of artistic development. It too has inept choreographers, and it is highly likely that future generations will have them too.

  • Fashions by Fred Flintstone

  • the one you see at 1:37 has FAIL bangs!

  • @OreoPie23 yeah,she does!lolol!,but it looks ok kinda because they r on the "jungle"...hehehe

  • It's not a party until the Nazis show up!

  • I Love it

  • Yes, I'm not a very astute observer of the fine art of the dance, but even I noticed that the ladies were out of sync in that jumping knee-slap at about 2m 30s.

  • come on now!!lmao wow and not the nazi at the end omg rofl 2 much

  • Any time I see a scene like this in an old TV show or movie, it seems that the producers sought them out as bountiful casting-couch opportunities.

  • They dance a hell of a lot better than Beyonce does.

  • Holy crap has any one notice this is the opening dance to the Axe gang in the movie Kung Fu hussle?

  • Umgawa! Umgawa!! Waitusi!!!

  • My favorite part is when the hot women are dancing around the fire in little outfits.

  • They all look like '50s suburban housewives playing around on "girls' night out" while hubby is out drinking with his buds at the lodge.

  • watch the "dancer" at 2:32 she is on the right side of the clrcle (if the dance circle was a clock she would be at number 3) she forgets the dance movements completely and after missing a number of turns and movements falls to the ground before the dance is completed by the group - sad.......

  • Well spotted. It is truly a sad and tragic moment witnessing that poor individual's complete and utter panic and confusion. Not to mention highly amusing.

  • @pwgr2000 but how can this be? :) they're the diane nellis dancers. doesn't that mean some sort of choreography :):D

  • What do your eyes tell you about that segment of the dance described by drbuzzmann?

  • This must be one of the lost tribes.....

  • Real or not, I WISH I had a woman this fine!

  • Didn't anyone notice the blonde with the two men was irish McCalla save for the person who posted this? And thanks Irish still is the queen of the jungle. For those who don't know she was the first Sheena of the jungle.

  • it is so ridiculous to see wemen dance on an imperial theme song in the 60's that i wonder about the stupidity of woman kind,i mean that if you put a woman to do anything she wil do it even blow job

  • Yeah, a tribe of white European women living in the middle of the African jungle and dancing with a fifty piece brass band playing music in the background. Okay, that looks real. LOL

  • It was a deserted tropical island these gals inhabited, but that's a trivial distinction.

  • I would bet that the crew of mystery science 3000 has viewed this film!

  • The music sounds like a marching band at a football game.

  • I found my tribe!!!

  • This video is wild!

  • I knew the dance would be attractive... what of the past centuries isn't? But this video makes me ponder what century women started covering up with clothes... and why

  • Catholic missionary guilt.

  • Hot and cheesy!

  • Is there any concerts that Chario, the femaile Chario performed and danced in?

    Thanks from coolstud100

  • Sorry, is Chario one of the prominent members of The Diane Nellis Dancers seen in this clip?

  • Sorority girls gone wild!

  • reminds me of Pans People top of the pops

  • This is beautiful the music the costumes my god Betty Page would have been right at home. I love this cheese its baad its good.

    "Their faces they Look Normal"

    "Even Better!" Love it!!!!!

  • Some people might consider this material exploitive and degrading to women, but it's nothing compared to the Republican National Committee.

  • Thanks power girl! What a favor you have done for us by posting these. I'm a modern dancer and I do burlesque. Great stuff here!!!

  • Glad you like them.

It took me some time to figure out what "power girl" was a reference to. pwgr is actually my initials folowed by my wife's initials.

But you can just call me Power Girl.

  • MMmmmm! 1950's hotties!!!

    YEAH!!!

I MUST find their village ;)

    thanks for posting this!

  • Thanks for this series of "cheesecake glory....yup, I loved these dance numbers.

  • "She Demons" is pure classic schlock. It's got statuesque Irish McCalla as a spoiled rich babe, whip-cracking Nazis, monster-faced jungle girls, incomprehensible science, and . . . CHOREOGRAPHY!

Of course, we're not exactly talking Agnes de Mille here.

  • Type in Joi Lansing Web Of Love, and you'll find something similar to this. But in color. It's an old Scopitone.

  • I've seen that clip and it's a riot. High classy camp - mystifying and hilarious!!

  • I am so glad to have "met" Paul, he has done a wonderful job, I am proud to have named named after Irish. She was a gifted artist and remained a charming, good-looking woman even in her senior years, she retained the incredible bone structure, but the beauty withen Irish was even more remarkable, alway's gracious, and happy to have her photo taken with fans, she was very in touch with folks from all walks of life. An outstanding tribute to the human spirit! I love you Irish wherever you are!

  • pwgr2000, your channel kicks perverbial ass!

    I'm a new fan.

  • i recalled seeng this film when i was just a yung boy. i had nighttime fantasyies about it all the time for maybee 3 yrs

  • I love the Betty Page hair cut

I love the bone necklace too!

Haha! This is silly! They should have got some sisters in there to show them how to dance!

WTF? Goebbles showed up at the end!

  • MISTER Goebbles!
