First of all. You gaff that striper ? Its not a blue fish for starters. What if that was lets say a 50 inch bass, and that person wanted to mount that fish ? I know, but that was just the beginning. For the 2010 Fluke Season, we are to possibly keep I believe 4 or 6 fish at 18.5 inches. I had a heart attack when I heard this! It's true! Start looking it up and spread the word to other fellow anglers.
