  • Hi! This video are great. I've learnt a lot for assembling computer parts hardware & software. I know that this was basic and petty easy as it looks like! But for me i guess i have to learn more and that would take time. I'm freshmen BSIT and im truly glad i've seen this video.. Thank you and more power....

  • Horrible quality video.

  • awche 1500k o_0 luckly i dint build a rig at 2009

  • Cool im going to build a Badass machine for when skyrim comes out hopefully. I'll use your tutorial for help :)

  • @joeyxl3456 FUCK YEAH BRO, join the club I was looking into the same thing.

    1. Put together a nice gaming rig.

    2. Run a full time complex minecraft server.

  • at 6:55 what do you mean install drivers?

  • @atroxanimi77 thanks for the question,?

Install drivers, said during installing "video card drivers" and buring software, some motherboard extras, via the motherboard cd or online driver once downloaded allow you to install a printer, or anything you want needing drivers..like sound card's, they need drivers to allow the card to work with the each other, like plug in play, needs drivers and they work..

    hope this helps..

The new windows 7 uses windows update to get your drivers 4 u.

  • Ok I just have to say one thing! you said that the MOTHER board was the KING of the system! lol! Are you aware that a MOTHER is a women and a KING is a Male? So I think you ment the Queen of the system but we all know what you ment. LOL Good video

  • @Maine684 Yes King of the system.. called either main board or motherboard..

Basically meant HEART of the system but said King...

  • Er.....Don't think you can just multiply the clock speed by the number of cores to get 11.32ghz for your processor. It doesn't work that way.

  • probably gonna sound like a noob haha but anyway i was with my cousin discussing about the graphic boards and he was playing AOE on his computer and it was in 3d then said something about any graphic board with more than 800____ can display games, movies or anything in 3d... what was he talking about? also, what kind of graphic board does the latest macpro model have and is there anything better within a mac product involving its performance?

  • @SemphasNecros from mac's website: Up to 5x faster standard graphics.

All-new high-performance graphics cards from AMD make Mac Pro graphics technology up to 5 times faster than ever before.1 Perfect for motion graphics, 3D modeling, rendering, or animation, the ATI Radeon HD 5770 with 1GB of GDDR5 memory comes standard. It not only provides faster performance compared to previous Mac Pro standard graphics cards — it’s also faster than the top-of-the-line graphics cards in the previous models.

  • @SemphasNecros I just installed a ASUS, GeForce GT 240 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 card and it's amazing, did it for a bit over $100.00

As for Mac's they are 2x to 4x the price, normally and as for there performance?

You can ask a Mac graphic designer, or a game maker/developer, who makes games, if there on a Mac theres a reason for it.

As for performance? He or She, would know more on power uses for Mac than I.

    I prefer Lenovo.

  • know i know what those things are that everybody weres

  • I hope you had an anti-static wrist band on or something else to ground yourself out with. It sucks when you forget and fry a brand new component for a computer believe me!!!!

  • @biggare1980 if you watched the full video you would see my static strap.

  • This is some funny shit. We have the same motherboard and CPU! And we had the same video card. Bought a new one last week. I think is was a Asus EAH5970. 2GB edition.

  • @rickschravendeel 2GB video card?? that must be very good.

  • Well, it depends on the frequency of the gpu, memory and some other shit.

  • what do you mean allow 24 hours for system to "burn in"? and do you have to wait?

  • The burn in is best for new systems...

Keep the system on for 24 hours and no you do not need to watch it as long as the fans are preforming well & everything else is working and sounding good.

  • the operating system part is what I needed to see to make sure, well done guys.

  • Static bands are a waste of money... take a thin stereo wire. and wrop it around your wrist and then to exposed metal on the case... not to hard. gets the job done. and you must not do to much gaming with a stock cooler? overall your video wouldnt be very helpful to anyone whos clueless to computers.. more just a techno filled video of you showing off your rig. i cant blame you. who wouldnt want to show off something that costs that much?

  • nice video thumbs up!

  • i like fans :D

  • my dream is to have a powerfull computer just like that one...

i only have intel celeron 1.ghz....

how am i suppose to now if it is power full?

    is it the ghz?

  • the Ghz is the speed..

the higher the front side bus the better..

also chip secs are listed when you buy a new cpu, Look on the side of the box or on top of the cpu it's self.

Dual core, quad core have dual or quad processing power kinda like extra channels for power to do tasks and programs.

    Have a good one

  • @listojay hey last week I built a budget $550 blaz'n fast system... 6GHz dual core, 1TB HD, 1GB nvidea 9500 pro video, 2GB ram ddr2 800, Windows7pro, and 22xDVD burner,... did it all in 1hr: 45 minutes giver or take os load time..

he had a LCD screen & keyboard to save extra cash.

Go blazing in 2010 Happy new decade

  • wow!!! thats to much for me!!!!

i am a gamer and i will be contented with quad core or dual core soon!!

coz how can you able to use that much memory!!!???

but what did you buy amazed me!!!!

  • nice i love the terabite harddrive

  • did you remember to adjust jumper pins on the mother board? i'm going to build a windows vista 64bit computer, so i think i have to use the jumpers.

  • Thanks for the comment..

There was no need to adjust jumper pins..

    What model motherboard ?

  • WELL!.. now that you know how to build one.. if i ever need help.. building a computer LOL.. i'll know who to consult! .. i am not good with following instructions.. hehe

    good video!

  • This is the computer im going to build

is there anything im missing or something wrong i dont wanna mess up building my 1st computer D: its a gamer pc btw i feel like buying a prebuilt since i dont have teh confidence to build one

$54.95 - Antec Three Hundred case

    $82.99 - Intel C2D E6300

    $79.99 - Gigabyte P43 mobo

    $46.99 - 2x2gb G.Skill DDR2-800

    $49.99 -PCP&C 420w PSU

    $59.99 - 500w WD AAKS

    $24.99 - LG DVD burner

  • looks like you only need case fans and you'll be all set..

  • It's a good tutorial, will help me when my parts arrive. But you don't need $1500, I got my parts for $240.

  • This system was a complete build.

Ultra Tower, Intel 2.83 quad CPU, Motherboard, DVD burner rom, 1TB black drive, 4GB Oz ram, 500 watt Power supply. 2 Case fans, Wireless keyboard/mouse,

22" LCD monitor, Windows XP Pro OEM, & 2.1 Speakers.

I'm sure a mombo for $240 yes? but not a full system..

    THx

  • nah, it's a full system. the motherboard was only $40. Mine is Intel dual core 2.2GHz, motherboard, DVD burner, 160GB hard drive, 2GB RAM, 300watt power supply, 1 case with fan.

  • Hey last week we got a 64bit AMD 2.8Ghz dual core, 2 GB ram, 1TB green drive.. bare-bone system for $249

It still needed dvd rom, and fans.. but vista score is 3.4 "now this for $250 is one heck of a deal"
