  • best cover version !

  • her voice is truly gorgeous!

  • Still good, man.

  • Great job! Luv this song.

  • wuauu, me encantó esa melodia saludos desde chile!

  • Frank has a beautiful voice, but sometimes he pushes the "so sensitive" thing too far, as here. This is terrible. A dirge.

  • Frank, is your sister single?

  • My husband wants me to duet with him now, because of this song! I've gotta try to make my voice go up to that register, to perform at a Labor Day Celebration! Wish me luck, I'm alto!

  • Jesus just genius I absolutely love that song and movie and I absolutely love trashcan sinatras, he's tops

  • This is fantastic. Didn't realise until now it was Franks sister - she's very cute!! Have a listen to Wild Mountainside by TSC. simply spellbinding.

  • Very cute! First saw it in "The Jerk." You did a beautiful cover. Like the guitar and the whistling. Your voices sound good together. Thanks for sharing this.

  • never seen this! it's great!

  • I love this version.

  • Aww how sweet. Well done.

  • Very, very good job.

  • This is the best version I have heard of this song, they always make good covers! I wondered if anyone still has that Frank Sinatra cover trashcan sinatras did, as I lost it :'(!

  • Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi,

Is this exact version of the song on any of the Trashcan Sinatras albums? If so, which one? Thank You

  • no it is not. there is a studio version that was a b-side and will also be included on the "cake" album re-release this year.

  • @jdimaria when are these reissues coming? your comment of 2 years ago said "this year".....! its been a long long wait!

  • @LosPigg keep waiting! plans change and right now there is no ETA for this.

  • @synthpopfan The "On a B-Road again" compilation (availability I-have-no-idea) has a clean-sounding version of this song.

  • So beautiful I almost cried. Thank you so much!

  • Wow, are the Readers all great singers? I've never heard Richeal's singing before, but I feel I loved it before I heard it!

    Thanks for sharing!^_^

  • nice version. Seemed a little slow. but to each their own. good job.

  • Ok, so apparntly talent runs in the family....nice, but lol, I can't help picturing Steve Martin and Bernadette Peters sitting on the beach with his uke...:)

  • good name

  • that was awesome i loved it

  • to the person below me nice mature comment!

  • Is their version on a cd or anything? I like it. Its the best version Ive heard of this song. (Ive heard them all)

  • It's a b-side--what a pity!

  • I know what you mean, i have a collection of the b-sides and in my opinion they're all asides if you get a chance to hear them somewhere you'll be very impressed, thanks Sue

  • Nice. I really liked it.

  • ok.. a cpl of messups with the guitar.. but i kinda.. like this song better then the original .. :D love it!!

  • Hey. Don't You just love this song? Please come check out my version of it on my myspace page, It's a recording of me singing to the 1926 version of it. The instruments in the song was recorded in 1926, so I remastered it and added a very nice beat to it!! Please check it out at myspace(dot)com/jonathanthetapdanza

  • Really nice. Love this song. Good instrumentation to boot. Although, in my opinion, I like some chemistry between the singers. Very well sung.

  • Patience & Prudence was 1957 or '58, not '54. The song goes back to the 1920s or 1930s, I believe. This version is wonderfully sweet! The second bridge isn't from the original P&P - it's really effective.

  • the jerk...hello! this song is always great

  • the reader family are a talanted bunch of singers aint they.

  • 1956, actually.

  • guys sings well though

  • I don't understand why he's hanging onto that mic like the floor is going to be pulled out from underneath him. LOL Beautiful Song. Although Patience and Prudence made it famous back in 1954, and that's how it is best know. Or from Dirty Dancing.

  • i think he's trying to cut the reverb out
