im not one to usually use the race card but this is so true. I live in md and on 95 where the md transportation authority resides. Everyday I travel the small stretches of highway they cover on 95 and 895 and in 10years at least one person is pulled over on my way (sometimes 2 or 3). In the ten years I have been driving that road I have NEVER and I mean NEVER seen a white person get pulled over. I thought it was me but my brother noticed the same thing.

My town is 5% black. A much higher percentage of those pulled over are black, because most of the police force is deployed at night when the percentage of drivers who are black is much higher than the residential population. A news program should know that what is relevant is the percentage of drivers in that area who are black v the percentage of those pulled over. Between Baltimore and Philadelphia you have more black people than the nation as a whole.
