Actually, IR came up with a lot of great songs in the 90s, especially early 90s. I have been listening to a lot of these of late. E.g., Songs from Uzhaipaali, Veera, Captain Prabhakaran, Gopura Vaasalile, Chinna Maapillai, I Love India, Kaathal Kavithai. The 90s songs are better recorded than the 80s songs, and are real nice to hear on headphones.

the AVM audio always had good audio quality. they were way better than the ECHO.

also listen to mannava mannava song from Walter Vetrivel, after the first 50 seconds, comes the tabla with bass guitar, you will astonished while listening in the headphones.
