There's no restrictions. There's been cars with 600+ hp racing in this series.
The regulations are based on what you can call 'virtual volume' of the engine. You factor in various things like forced induction,front wheel drive,2 or 4 valves pr cylinder and so on.
You get a multiplier to your engine volume and the resulting virtual volume decides what your minimum weight must be. And then the cars are divided into 4 classes.
