This is very like John Renbourn's version. You seem to have copied his vocal idiosyncrasies. I think leaning on that style may be hampering your vocal effectiveness. You could sing a lot better than him! Another problem with this song is that no-one born on this planet can stand alongside the version by Dick Gaughan. Best of luck!

Good guitar, shite voice. No way of breaking that to you gently, its not that you don't have the potential, for its all in tune. The accentuation you do with your voice is stupid sounding. Good luck!
