@gmihaly62 The reason its called a championship is because people want champions... the faces of the show. The championship belts may not be as worthy as a Boxing championship or a UFC one because their's no winner selected before the match, they have to genuinely hit each other to find out so I can see why you think its a bit wrong in some respects.

However if their was not championships to be won then it wouldn't be very interesting, a lot of the story lines evolve around them.

It is with sadness that I say that though because I really wanted the new ECW to work and do well. I agree that they should have given ECW a proper send off rather than have all the bad guys unnecessarily win on the final show in quite dire matches. No ECW originals either...
