he may have not been here at the time not sure when you popped up...but i remember when i was little and used to get my hair cut in the village he would be down there and i would scream and holler because i was scared as hell of him and this was like in 85-86...but he is still walking around to this day the same way...i work on campus now and i see him all the time talking to the students.
BTW.Spivey's is back up and running...it had burned a few years back and they just reopened..

I was on Grambling's campus 1983-87 and Elijah had already been there quite some time. We gave him respect and took the time to talk to him...He is no joke.If you ever meet someone who says they went to Gram anytime between 1980 and 2008 and they never heard of Elijah, then they are lying...they didn't go to Gram. I am glad youtube user Shalondajay had the good sense to show Elijah in a positive light.
