The release date is not September.... In North America it comes out on August 25th, And yes Joker gameplay is only on challenge maps only, there isn't a whole story line for Joker, only on PS3. YEAH!! =]

No, the game is supposed to be completly unrelated to the movies. Though I imagine that the interest in Batman and the Joker generated by The Dark Knight helped in the designing of the plot in this game.

it says at the end of the clip summer of 09 which means that they havent yet put a specific date out for its release but i would assume that july or august it would come out because june is a bad month to put out a game, finals for kids and college students so they would be less likely to buy a game and play it a lot, so probably a couple weeks after schools out

No. You have to download the Joker. Then you can play as him in CHALLENGE MAPS ONLY. He has no seperate story mode, alas.

Lots of violence and death, blood, torture, curse words like "bitch", "damn" and "pissed", alcohol and tobacco references, and provocative outfits and suggestive sexual themes from two female characters (I think we can guess these two). You can almost hear the aging in both Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy's voices. They have been doing this for like 15 years so only those two would truly make this the "true Batman experience". In a way, their voices changing makes sense because both Batman and Joker look older in this game. Since Oracle is confirmed to be in here, you know this is an older Batman.

P.S. Is it me or does Mark Hamill does sound a bit more like the Trickster than the Joker???lol
