You don't see Gordon Ramsey wearing glove when cutting up raw meat why should it be any different in a fast food join so why does no one have an issue with gloves in other restaurants

Im in nsw, in our store we ALWAYS wear gloves... as well as wash our hands every half an hour and our 2 hour sanitisation. We have the rapid toasters and do not cook out meat to order, we follow our projected sales as to how much meat we should have cooked at that time and it stayed in our UHC for 15 minutes... you do it heeeeeeeeaps different to us!

Im in nsw, in our store we ALWAYS wear gloves... as well as wash our hands every half an hour and our 2 hour sanitisation. We have the rapid toasters and do not cook out meat to order, we follow our projected sales as to how much meat we should have cooked at that time and it stayed in our UHC for 15 minutes... you do it heeeeeeeeaps different to us!

When you go to Applebees, Chilis, or anywhere else, do they use gloves? No. Gloves don't = sanitary. Washed hands are just as good.
