In the opening scene, the girl who's making out with her BF looks like the red shirt guy's sister later on in the movie; is she?

The actors were fantastic in this movie, and the writer and the producer, etc., beautifully understood each other's vision and achieved something phenomenal. Please tell me Part 2 is in the works.
