I do not think it is hunted. I played in every room with a native american flute that was blessed by an elder in our tribe to make peace with any spirits, and none showed up. The mission was rebuilt, all the things you see now were built recently, so the energy from our ancestors has dissapeared already. I stayed at midnight, alone with a candle, and nothing happened.
I've been investigating the mission for the last 3 months, and I can tell you FOR A FACT that it's haunted. I've recorded all kinds of EVP's from there - and recently, the ghosts have started saying my name when I'm in a room.
