  • NATALIE DESAY IS MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bravissima! ste najlepší!

  • incomparable, unsurpassed... the queen of Mozart!

  • incomparable, unsurpsaas... the queen of Mozart!

  • "d'amor non parlate. . ." Il mio core è vostro, Madamigella Gruberová!

  • Stupendous!

  • Delicious~~~

  • i love 4:29 - 4:36!

  • my favorite redintion is by dessay, but gruberova is also absolutely amazing!

  • First I'd Like to say that this is one ofe the best versions I have ever heard. Secondly I have to agree that her and Diana Damrau sound a lot alike. Edita was a little brighter and sweeter. Very similar timbres indeed. You should listen to Laura Claycomb sing it. Simply sublime.

  • damrau herself compares her voice in interviews often to the voice of her teacher edith mathis...i think considering their voice developments she is completly right....

  • ok...both Gruberova and Damrau are unique but dont you think that their voices are very similar? those are the only two famous opera singers who sound so similar to me....especially when gruberova's voice was still young! none the less gruberova is better in my opinion

  • I also find their voices and repertoire very similar!

  • Margaret Price did it better!

  • Of course, undoubtedly..this is the best version. Nobody sings it better!BRAVA GRUBEROVA!!!

  • Dessay n Margaret Price did it better. Ofcz, Gruberova isnt bad at all, but not as well as they did.

  • Do try Margaret Price with James Lockhart and the London Philharmonic in the 70's, here on youtube

  • Wonderful, and sexy!
