Nice video Josh, shame the movement was only 1/2 the length it should have been, wonder if the other 50s will ever leave Canton, there must be something wrong with them if they failed to leave twice. Liked

Just got confirmed word through that 50044 is on the front and class 57 on the rear

Ive just read on railforums that both locos (50049 and 50044) have been pulled from the rail tour.... they are being replaced with class 57s TnT

@dugdug03 thats weird, I would think they would use 44 though seeing as she is ready in London. Are the 57s being used for the ECS?

Because the trees have grown so much in the car park what I do is walk along the road to the speed camera, cross the road jump over the wall walk back until you come to the bridge and you have an uninterrupted shot of the mainline and the yard all the way to Maesglas.

Yes. My house overlooks AD yard on the main Cardiff road. opp. Mcdonalds so all I have to do is nip across the road to see it.
