  • I do around 70 push-ups in 1 minutes. It's not even a joke.

  • @Antropic1 congrats. Not sure if you're under the impression that's an amazing number. Considering even the Air Force PT test requires 63 in a minute to max the point scale...which is pretty easy.

  • chest to deck cmon

  • ITS SIT UPS YOUR BODY BODY.ITS SIT UPS YOUR BODY BODY

  • Most terrible push ups ever, he's literally humping the floor, his back isn't straight at all and he's just bouncing up and down. Very not impressed, the guy behind him was doing them ALOT better. Insane how people brag how many they can do and they're doing it improperly.

  • nice song

  • I'm not impressed

  • I'm really trying to lose body fat before I got to my MEPS in December 2nd and my second one on December 9th, whats a good way to lose it fast?

  • I dont think this is real? Where us their sargent in command

  • Where are these guys reflective belts?

  • On another note, great cadance

  • Wth kind of form is that on his pushups?

  • soft niger

  • I can do 55 push ups in 1 minute i'm 15, weigh 165 and i'm 5'10 I think i'm army passable =)

  • @Wiewowowned As long as you can get passed MEPS, you'll do GREAT.

    -Infantry Medic

  • @Wiewowowned same :]

  • horrible from niger u can only prob do 50 without comprimising your form

  • @IceDragonsify I am ten years in and have graded and taken part of many PT tests. His pushups were good to go. good job. maybe you should learn how not to be an asshole.

  • Touch ur chest to the ground then call it a pushup.

  • I like the song!

  • 90 pushups in 2 minutes is weak I know plenty of sophomore in highschool that can do 75 in only 1 minute are these people even in the military?

  • @Christian7thSF can you do it?

  • Comment removed

  • nice ground humping...

  • Those are some amazingly pussyfied push ups. I sure hope he doesn't think he's a bad ass. I can do better push ups with my dick.

  • u call those pushups?

  • In the sit ups he was cheating, You can not let your fingers uncross. Should have been de'qued and in the push ups his chest needs to go lower not hit his dick on the ground, This wasnt an official 2 min/ 2 mile test otherwise half the push ups would have been not counted.

  • @jacka4 his is parallel to what? His other arm? Well derrr. His press up is a bit dodgy as his lower back is relaxed his whole body should be flat.

  • Is this possible to do without another person holding your feet?

  • horrible push ups, and threw himself like a spring on the sit ups. ur just cheating your self. W/E though, long as he can shoot straight

  • my man push up is not like that. when he doing push up i thought he is fucking dump ok do it real push up.

  • I like the chant they did:)

  • I did 95 on my last pt test because my platoon sgt was yelling at me while doing it.

  • @UsernameofBoang his upper arm is parallel so its a press-ups obviously u odnt even no what a press-up is your probably some little kid trying to look hard

  • One question I have been trying to find the requirement for the army and I couldn't find it so if you can help me .. I can do about 90 push ups the proper one arms full extend it and chest almost touching the ground but it doesn't touch , about 110 Sit ups in 2 mins sometimes more .... 16 chin ups and I can run 2,40 km in 10 mins it's my fitness good for the army I know my run isn't that good...

  • Love those running cadences.

  • He should of went into the marines..

  • Those push ups wouldn't pass, you can tell hes not breaking the 90 degree plane and is also worming them

  • My brother did 81 push ups in 1 minute.

Its not sit ups, i know but, y'know....

  • @libralice95 Not 81 proper ones.

  • @Dem0nicPanda

    Yeah 81 proper ones :)

  • @libralice95 Well your lying then. Its literally IMPOSSIBLE to do 81 proper ones in one minute. Because a proper pushup is going all the way down and all the way back up and locking your elbows. And your suppose to do them slower so they take 1-2 seconds each. So its impossible. 60 secs in a min. And doing 81 1sec pushups during that time? uh no.

  • @Dem0nicPanda

Well, it might've 2 mins then sorry. BUT he can do the plank for 20-30 mins. That IS a fact.

  • how many pushups do you have todo to pass pt

  • @tjdarkwolf its MOS dependent

  • some of those he is only goin half way

  • Straight beast

  • What a beast, I wish I can do push ups and sit ups like that

  • @Thesoulreplay hey Mr. joke... Shut up

  • if you play football and run track like me this should be a joke to you if your a true athlete

  • what is the artist for this song?

  • the feeling after a good morning PT workout is amazing, especially after a night of hardcore drinking lol.

  • THIS IS NOT A PT TEST. No grader, no timers, just a few soldiers knocking out some push ups and sit ups for 2 minute rounds. If I was being graded I would have ensured my fingers were interlaced. The push ups are good, those are wide arm push ups and the only way anyone can truely verify them is to post up at a 45 degree angle and verify my shoulder blades break the imaginary plain for each repetition.

  • @mrpohaku true this isnt its just a fun army pt like every Thursday for fun

  • But then again, I've got rather big biceps. :D but that's cos I mainly do Uper torso training. I.e. On my arms. And also trying to tone my stomach muscles. Is 10 press ups in the morning and night a good way to do this? Or should I push myself. My max KG pull is roughly 60 KG on a high pully.

  • @foomidins Foominds, there are many ways to improve your push ups. You can be creative and do them during commercial breaks, everytime you walk u walk under a doorway, or u can develop a plan where u commit to doing 25 or 50 when u wake up in the morning and 50 before bedtime. Good luck and hope this helps.

  • @mrpohaku I will try 25 at a time and see if this works for me, ty man. :)

  • @mrpohaku i dont think 50 in morning and before bedtime will help, i do 200 in morning 100 in mid day and again 200 before bed

  • @foomidins start with your core young blood. the majority of the stability in doing push-ups comes from your core. It will also increase your overall strength and help prevent back injury. just be sure to stretch regularly as well...preventative training is just as important as strength.

  • I'm 15 and just do some weight training I guess. I do 10 press ups at a time. I can push it too 20. But havnt been to the gym in a while because my step mums been in hospital, but can't wait to get back in there!! :) lol.

  • @MarkM100391 Fucking pussy. : D

  • The sit-ups were illegal - your hands weren't clasped behind your head, and your legs were much to far apart.

The push-ups were illegal - you had a bow in you the entire time and you never reached a 90 degree angle with your arms.

Basically you just cheated the entire test. Bravo!

This shit wouldn't fly in my unit - I'll bet you aren't even regular Army.

  • @ACGZAJO

Easy enuf said thn done kid.

  • @MarkM100391 Well.. Thats because you're a pussy..

  • @CptSmokeAlot Or maybe i just have better career options than you...

  • @MarkM100391 Sounds like an opinion... But you're a pussy.

  • @CptSmokeAlot great comeback, with brains like that u might make assistant janitor one day

  • @MarkM100391 a pussy desk job , na id rather protect my country

  • Get on to porn hub, Ive seen actions like that go on for half an hour (and she loved it!)

Jokes aside I can only make it to 55 push ups at a time, it sucks because im looking to join the forces and though ive been told I'll do fine im not joining till I can add a couple of digits to that number.

  • @ACGZAJO those are proper army pushups... do some research

  • @plays4wtfdblds96 yes i posted that 3 months ago..and i was joking. idk why its 11 likes lmao

  • @MarkM100391 no thank you i love rotc hoping military if u havent tried it do little rotc camp its funn

  • @droegegast shut up no one likes you

  • @droegegast your stupid oh 90 isn't that much but 5 more is oh shut up dipshit

  • You all with negative comments are just haters because you can't do it

  • is he humping the ground??? not even one 1 push up gonna count in pt test

  • The first time I took my PT test and tried doing my push-ups like that, my NCO had none of it.

  • dude your NCOIC is a complete dumbass... I didn't see 1 good sit up. Your base of the neck is supposed to go further then the base of the back. Not to mention your pushups looked like shit... I can do 79p/u in 2 minutes, 70s/u in 2min and 13:36 on last two mile. All of which were correctly done to standard.

  • @ACGZAJO haters always gonna hate

  • @s9martinez lolk

  • I can do 55 pushups in under a minute and im 16.

  • Fingers weren't interlocked and weren't behind the head

  • his fingers were not connected on the push ups

  • This guy would fail Ranger school.

  • dude ., 90 isn't that much , i'm 14 and i do 95 (my dad 108 xp).so S*** up.

  • @droegegast Shut up.

  • @droegegast im 14, and i did 120 yesterday, but i can still do more.... im not braging or anything, jk i am braging

  • @ellanism1 did you really do those in 2 minutes?cuz if you did , you're good xD

  • @droegegast nah, not two minutes, more like 4, but i weigh a bunch, so yea

  • @droegegast video or it didnt happen

  • Ur chest doesn't have to touch the ground but your arms must extend and break 90degrees

  • Lol he's weak I'm in high school pt team and I did 96 sit-ups in 2mins without stopping

  • WTF that's not possible LOL he is tearing that shit up LOL

  • What kind of push up is that your nose has to touch the ground

  • @94Airsoftsnipergod not really, as long as the back is straight and the arms are 90degrees.

  • his chest is no where near the ground...

  • He only did 73...

  • he needs to help me train

  • dude really? go read FM 21-20 chapter 14 the situp event read that and then tell me he did a good job on his situps even his pushups looked like shit he looked like a retarded as worm for most of them

  • this guy did i think one good sit up and that was his first one lmao the rest didnt count his neck didnt pass the base of his spine and his hands need to stay intertwined behind his head which they didnt you fucking retard i also think its funny how it shoes this video then in the side bar it shows videos for how to properly do sit ups and push ups lmao

  • @theringmaster25 the sit up required is that the base of the spine and the head align vertically. once you do that you go back down. its actually harder to do that because when people go all the way it allows them to reach a resting point.

  • shit I think there wasn't anyone that did less than 82(100% in Estonia) in my platoon.

  • rock yo body

  • u call those press ups?!?

  • That joker is hardcore

  • Comment removed

  • his gonna feel those abs the next morning!!

  • Comment removed

  • @walkertexasranger33 yeah but they look like recruits, i know after a few month's of hardcore training your muscle becomes, liek how you explained able to do it again in a few seconds or one minute, but its at first, it will be pretty hard to get use to.

  • pt killa!

  • yah good push ups but you only did one correct setup good thing your not in my co

  • watch the guy three rows down doing the sit ups he barely leans back before going back up again, i would get a 300 easy doing an APFT with this unit.

  • Comment removed

  • ...fingers arent interlocked :)

  • the black guy was using he's arms to pull himself back up, and let go of there feet... makes it alot harder.

  • @SkatingFetus thats how all branches of the army do it, someones holding your feet.

  • Comment removed

  • @walkertexasranger33 your obviously not in the military

  • Comment removed

  • hes not going up high enough on situps

  • Comment removed

  • poor form on the push ups. keep elbows in and stop useing your shoulders. sit ups were good but he used his elbows to help swing his momentum up.

  • @snookypunch ... he can use whatever he wants for momentum but he is NOT going up enough on situps. base of neck past base of spine. pushups, nothing says you can't use your shoulders. you dont hae to do tricep pushups. he worms like crazy at the end so their no good anyway. no doubt he is in shape but very poor form

  • Only one of them did the pull up's correctly.

  • @biggestMetallicAfan None of them even did any pull ups don't know what video you were watching...

  • @sick43 I meant sit-ups, i had pull ups on my mind, so that's what i wrote.

  • That's good shit bro but not the best I seen. I got a buddy who got 363 pt test like holy crap man haha. The best I got was 275. So his a freaking high speed soldier

  • Wow! It is those last push ups/sit ups that are the hardest, but the ones that count the most!

  • I'm pretty sure he only "breaks the plane" between 5-10 times.... meaning he accomplished only 5-10 push ups

  • im already feelin fitter from watching this!

  • oh and does this cadence have a name?

  • That was awesome we used to do somethin like tha in crosscountry but not 90 pushups lol

  • damn i feel like i exhausted just watching this

  • 2:57. were u a break dancer? cuz ur doin the worm.

  • the base of his shoulder blades did not line up with the small of his back....should have stopped him at 3 for re-start.

  • lmao you think pushups done to standard is doing the worm, you must be on crack or something

  • This army officer wouldn't have counted most of those.. by army standards, you're required to bring your shoulders in line with (or past) your hips for it to count.

  • @YouTroller I thought by army standards the shoulders need only "break the plane". Which means the elbows break the 90 degree plane when going down, and elbows locked when coming up.

  • The cadence is a combination of "You Can't Break My Body Down" and "Rock Steady" there might be another one or two mixed in there...

  • he gassed too quickly and he needs to interlock his fingers they might be just the tips which is allowed

  • Did anybody told him that his hands has to be interlock and push ups has to be all the way down. ????

  • Sit up's I'd say maybe 10 of those are proper. Just look at his bloody hands lol. Not even going all the way up.

Push up's same problem. Those arms should be parallel with his body.

I'm not saying he's unfit.. Far from it. But his technique is just shit and any pti or drill sgt would have ripped shit into you for those lol.

  • He is definently in shape but im in the army and they would not fo counted half of those sit ups he didnt go up high enough. Look at the other people they are going the correct distance up witht eh sit ups. Same thing with the push ups army standard is your forearms must be parellel with the ground for it to count, so basically your chest should almost touch the ground

  • he is so fast because he doesnt go the proper distance to neck above bottom of spine

  • its easy with your hands far appart

  • I hope this'll be me some day, Joinin ROTC for college soon

  • kickass cadence.

  • i did nintey one on my pt test

  • Dude be going in!

  • Can anyone tell me where I can find the track for this video?

  • Can anyone tell me where I can find the track that's in this video?

  • hell, anybody in good shape could do that many pushups with that kind of form...not impressive

  • @Armoredfury193 ok there "armoredfury193" guy. Lets see a vid with ya doin a little reply to this vid! Hell, maybe we will see someone in good shape break this guys record!

  • @Armoredfury193

don't talk shit man the guy is serving our country so cmon lets give him some respect? "not impressive"? let's see you join the service and do some :)

  • @Armoredfury193

Dont worry, they got to do it with 50 pound back packs also. so lets see you do it.

  • those push ups are good enough for army standards, ive seen worst and they count them.

  • not the best technique but if it makes you pass the pft than good for u

  • Actually... the last 60 sit ups didn't count because his hands came unclasped... ..

  • LOVE IT!!

  • he didn't keep his fingers interlocked during the last few sit ups, so some of them didn't count according to the standards. and for the push ups he wasn't going low enough, the guys in the background that were going slower were doing them correctly, again this is according to the standards.

  • He seems to be pulling himself with his hands during those situps....isn't that really bad? It absolutely destroys my back when I try and do that.

  • what is the name of this cadence, its a fresh cadence

  • he sings great lol

  • This NCO count's 0 sit ups:

"Your fingers must be interlocked behind your head and the backs of your hands must touch the ground. Your arms and elbows need not touch the ground. On the command "go," begin raising your upper body forward to, or beyond, the vertical position. The vertical position means that the base of your neck is above the base of your spine."

  • @CombatPowr Thank God someone else noticed these things!

  • @CombatPowr He is doing military standard sit ups ... :s

  • who was the ass that decided to do them on the sidewalk instead of the grass? haha

  • strong but very bad form..

  • he has alot of energy good job lol

  • I want to get the audio from this movie (the cadence, the singing). Where is it from?

  • i did 92
