  • where did you get the turtles

  • did you buy these guys from a specific breeder?

if so, do you have their website?

  • Nice setup...your DBT's are awesome :)

  • so cute XD

  • Are they in salt water ? Can they survive in fresh water ?

  • @x3HoneyDip If they are captive bred they can be raised in fresh water and do very well as long as the water quality is good. They are more prone to shell rot if the water is not kept clean, which can be resolve by keeping they in brackish water (slightly salted)

  • @mephys337 Ok so what type of salt should i buy ?

  • @x3HoneyDip I don't want to give advice as I don't know anything about your turtle(s) or your set-up or the reason why you would want to add salt. If you have DBT's and they are in fresh water and there is no problem with them there is no need to. If the problem is the water quality I woudl look into that first because adding salt is not gonna help you if you have poor filtration or a small tank, etc

  • I'm trying to get my hand on two of these beauties right now! Where are they found online and how much are they?

  • oh wow your texas DBT looks great! where do you get your dbts?

  • I'm getting one soon!:D

  • They are addicting. I have 8 of them at the moment, ranging between a few months old to 2 years old. Thanks for watching.

  • The more I watch, the more I want one
