Why not create a lobby for quickscoping only? With the option to "turn off" perks or attachments of the lobby host's choice. In the certain game type, the quickscoping perks would be enhanced. Like, for example, SoH pro in black ops was not applicable to snipers. But what if in the quickscope game type it would affect all guns. Maybe I'm trying to say, regular game types are like black ops games, and the quickscope game type is like mw2?

the only reason people luv infinity ward more than treyarch is cuz they were too lazy to do anything to the multiplayer, everything was made too easy, thats y people luved it it was easy to kill, and lots of things were overpowered, treyarch actually worked hard on black ops by balancing everything out which made it fun for awhile, but the game got boring quick :/
