Berbers/Tuaregs are NOT mixed with white/European blood, The reason why Berbers looks the way they do is because of the climate they live in, Northern africans are father from the equator and africans closer to the equator tend to be darker, its that simple, Africans have had they're diverse looks for thousands of years, Africa is a birth of human race, they dont need the excuse of being " mixed " to look different, africans are the phenotype of the whole human race they've always been diverse

We don't call ourselves Berbers ..We are Imazighen (means free men) we are highly independant people even amongst other imazighen tribes and we insist on our individuality and local culture.

We are all proud Africans but we want to assert our identity and culture and we resent being labeled by those who do not know us.

In America the name Africa = black and this is wrong because all North Afrian cultures and historical heritage has now been labeled as black and this is wrong

Looks to me that you have never travelled in the Maghreb otherwise you wouldn't be saying that.

Middle easterners have bigger noses than we do .. ...Even the majority of the Tuaregs have thin noses and also some other sahel tribes like wodaabe and some fula.

If people think we’re Arabs that's their problem .. as for Africa don't forget that in ancient times only the east coast of the Maghreb was called Africa.

Exactly ... a thin nose is a natural adaptation to dry climate because it helps reduce dehydration and it is common from the horn of Africa to western Sahara, this is why I disagreed with the notion of wide noses and big lips you mentioned earlier because I don't see it in the majority of the population with the exception of course in those who clearly have sub-Saharan ancestry

@Wassil29 The big noses on berbers was from books I've read on Africa. Photo Essay type books. But then again those same White African Tribes probably are European invaders who have interbred with black Sub-Saharan Africans.

Trust me, the history of your continent is way ultra mysterious......
