i like that you make your own products becuase you have more control of whats in them to recommend what you say in your articles. I trust your products!
i need help. i have extreme dry skin, I've tried everything. motorizing after showers, not rubbing dry, cold showers, peeling the dry skin after a shower , but i talked to a doctor and found out that the last one could lead to an infection. so i stopped but anyway, i need help! from anyone! my hold head is just dry, itchy, flaky, crackly and crusty skin, even my scalp. if anyone can help... I need some!
Dry skin is related to acid based diet, when the food you eat make your blood Acid Alkiline ratio more in favor of acid you will get dry skin.
Also hydrating water is factor, eating fruits and vegetables that are water rich is water that is called structured water, and is very hydrating for you.
If you use creams use an organic natural Aloe vera, also avacado is good for the skin. Avacado was used by the persians as a lotion. Best plant based omegas is Hemp it has them all!
Dr. Mercola. Have you ever heard of a skin cream called SBS1 by H-Biojuven?? They originally did product testing on people with eczema (I was a part of this) and it is one of the best tools in the tool-kit of products for eczema.
CHLORINE in the water can cause your skin to be dry and gets old faster, get shower filter and use organic soap instead it will change your skin. Hot showers combine with chlorine can also create vapors that are inhale not to mention the pores absorbing all this chemicals, some water may also contain flouride, do your research
I use some soap now that is "ancient", made from animal fat and something.. in my country it's called green-soap (even tho it's more brownish).
It's a very natural soap that people made at home earlier. It can be used for a lot of things and many must use it due to allergies, both body and house..
Anyway, I used some from a can because the dispenser with ordinary soap ran dry, my hands have never had so soft and not-dry skin.. it's also excellent as shampoo!
Another wonderful video from Dr. Mercola. I use coconut oil on the skin of my body and it's awesome! I even have been using coconut oil on my face too. I can't believe I used to use those high end department store facial & body products full of harmful toxic chemicals.

I tried this but I like a product called "Replenish" from Pastor Strawcutter's The Secrets of Eden better.

good advice, thank you. I need to wash my hands less frequently... because cracks developed. I'll try the mild soap also.
