Not sure what poster borad is, but it has to be about 3-5 mollimeters thick, otherwise you'd have to use more than 6 guns :)

The only solution I can think of, is when you are at the print setting, choose it to fill out the paper.

I don't know what kind of computer you have, but it should be possible to do on most :)

If you're thinking the template, I made it bigger using microsoft word and then I turned it so it went from one cornor to another diagonally, to get it as big as possible. Hope that helps :)

My guns are about 28 centimeters (orange and black ones) and 25 centimeters (the blue one) but you should just make it the size you want it, just be sure you can fit a finger or two in the trigger-hole-thing :)

I think I may use fabric on to cover the inner part of the cardboard, just because (imho), it would look a lil more "real" , and knowing me I'd get a paper cut every time I used it :P

On the template you can see all in all 12 spots, they all represent nails or screws on the gun (24 because there's two sides) in the video I've used nails for 22 of them, because they're smaller than the last two dots and then 2 screws for the 2 bigger ones :) You can choose yourself wether yo want to use nails, screws or just pain/draw the 24 dots on :)
