At the end of the day, Jay Cutler is the most relevant QB the Bears have had in decades. If the GM and owners cared enough, they'd bring in some tools (WR's and protection) to capitalize on Cutler's talent to take the offense on a higher level. Forte has been a huge blessing in '11.
