actualy..you should do shrimps till about 35-40

then trout till 74

you stop burning trout at 50, shrimps at 20.. and lobsters at 74

do lobsters till 90 and do monkfish..or if you dont have cooking gauntlets do lobsters till 99.

you should watch my guide it explains a bit about burning food but at 74 you never burn them with cooking gauntlets which you get in the quest family crest its good to do lobs at 65 u barely burn with gaunts
