Bei den Live-Avfnahmen ist Malcolm immer auf dem linken und Angus auf dem rechten Stereokanal ;) wenn du also den linken löchst hast du nur Angus+den Rest der Band ;)

Bei Album-Versionen klappt das in der Regel auch, nur ist dort oft noch eine dritte Gitarre in der Mitte eingespielt worden um es fetter klingen zu lassen ;) Bei manchen aufnahmen sind auch beide Gitarren auf beiden Kanälen, sodass das nicht immer funktioniert =( kommt halt auf den Track an, den du haben willst ;)

Also der Amp ist nach dem Ceriatone 18 Watt TMB Layout gebaut worden. Teile bei TubeTown und TubeAmpDoctor gekauft, sodass kein Shipping dazu kam. Alles in allem hat er mit Teilen, Headshell, 2x12" Box und Erbauerlohn 850 Euronen gekostet...

Kuhl! Ich hab gerade mal auf der Ceriatone Seite geschaut, da kostet das ganze mit Versand (aber ohne Zoll,...) so um die 750 USD = ~ 530 EUR. Hattest du lieber eine Lieferer aus GER oder gibts da nochwas zu beachten?

Hast du eigentlich vorher mal ein paar 'britische' Amps angespielt (Vox, Orange,...) oder wolltest du gleich einen 'Malcom Amp'?

Ich suche gerade nach einem britschen Amp und die Marshalls (Plexi, Bluesbraker,...) find ich klasse! Nur irgendwie fehlt mir ein bisschen dieser Vox crunch - schwierig zu beschreiben :-)

Ich hab in meinem Gitarrenladen u.a. Mesas, Engls, Vox, Orange, Peavey und ROlands angespielt, aber der 18W TMB hatte genau die riesengroßen, behaarten Eier, die ich gesucht hatte ;);) xDxD

Nix für ungut, aber du solltest dringender über einen neuen Amp anstatt neuer PUs nachdenken ;) der MG ist leider so ziemlich der schlechteste Amp, den man von Marshall kaufen kann =( da gibts in dem Preissegment von Vox und Roland wesentlich bessere Alternativen. Da noch dazu jeder Amp anders klingt, werden meine Einstelllungen bei dir bestimmt auch anders klingen ... aber der Vollständigkeit halber: Bass 4/10, Middle 8/10, Treble 6/10, Vol.1 10/10 und Master so laut wie ichs haben will;)

I actually don't recommend getting the TV Jones Filter'tron if you want Malcolm's tone in that beast. I put an original Gretsch High Sensitive Filter'tron in my guitar. I can even get Malcolm's tone on my clean channel. :P

The TV Jones don't have enough sensitivity so you have to adjust the pole pieces closer to the strings... but then it wicked fuzzes up your would-be awesome tone because the pole pieces are too close. The Gretsch High Sensitive ones are cheaper and sound better.

Yup youre right! I actually want the standard Filtertrons, because the TV Jones are much to expensive for my taste :D And I like the Sound of the Guitars i tested with Filtertrons more than with the TV Jones ;)

What do you mean? In the ACDC Recordings both guotars are easy to seperate, becaus Mal s on the left and Angus on the right stereo channel ... but this is different with every band and song =(

they are rockband tracks, and i have them and they load str8 into audacity ready for mixing, you can mute any member or members of the band you like
