So far at level 17, in PvE this class is good to handle multiple con mobs. I can also solo Champions. I RvR use mid range dps to heal myself and allies. I can solo pvp only a few classes, so DoK is more of a group killer. But any tank with a DoK are hard to kill. I like this class alot!

I believe it was because they felt they couldn't make them balanced enough to be fun and compete all around. (correct me if i'm wrong.)

I hope they might find a way to balance them and release them. Dark Elves need a big armor dude at least to counter the High Elves Sword Master.

I made it to lvl 21 in closed beta as a DoK.

I can say that yes they can dps very well and yes they can heal well. Untill lvl 20 tho they can be abit difficult to heal with. but over all im really surprised with how well they do play while takeing a keep with around 5 bright wizards dropping AoE down onto my party i was able to keep them alive effectively. I did run into problems ripping agro off the tanks cause of high dps and healing agro tho.

Sounds like the better Version of the Dark Templar of AoC. Or should I say: Sounds like AoCs Dark Templar as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN.

I will definitely play a Disciple. Sounds fun and I like melee :D

well yeh they arnt dps ofc.... they can deal dmg but their mainly defense and heal, i think the zealot is more of a dps healer

but i jsut realized that because you have to be in the fight ur gonna be the main target if you have AoE heals. which they cant take much damage...hmm

Just make sure you arent ahead of everyone else :p make sure all the enemies already have a target it should make it a little easier on you

I like this because healers in this game must fight in order to heal. Its the same with the Wp and DoK

I've played many MMOs & mainly played melee class (either tank or dps), want to play something different in WAR & this looks like a good fit! You can fight & heal at the same time sounds good! Btw, I never liked pure healing class but this just might change my mind abt. playing as a healer!

Had a druid when I was playing WoW and I was wondering witch class would fit me best in WHO. After this movie i think I'll chose the DoK. A meele class that can do damage AND heal. Sounds good. He looks quite cool too :D. Dual wield ftw ;). Cheers all mmo fans!

Yeah man. I'm definitely rolling a Disciple. By the way, the acronym for Warhammer Online is actually WAR. Warhammer Age of Reckoning. At least, that's the more colloquial approach.

the cool thing about DoK is they have to inflict damage in order to heal anything.. so much better than in WoW you just healed and didn't get in on the action.. i'm deff being this class when the game comes out

ts great that they thought about Melee healer having group heals, i was worried about having to switch between targets all the time.
