Jesus came and paid The price that we would not be subject to God's wrath. The fact that we live in a fallen world is what brings about the storms in our life. It is our choice to come together as a church, our choice to continue to praise Him in our circumstances that reveals in its purest form Gods grace and mercy. Our pastor did the same thing, wh forgave him, but he slipped into a downward spiral and still is living a life of sin, because, he hasn't forgave himself. Who said we haven't forgiven him? You say you are not here to judge, yet you judge without even having taken the plank out of your own eye. Most of the people I know have forgiven Ted, and the whole reason he was removed was because of a system that Ted himself had set in place for when these kind of things happened. That's not to say he will be back one day, however, there are still wounds that need to be healed from this whole thing.
