I'm playing an A2 which is with my pinky and ring finger, same strings as those fingers are on the Bm, just slide those two down to the first fret. It's easiest that way because your pinky and ring finger aren't moving strings, you just slide them from the Bm to the A2 and pick up the other fingers off the strings.
I'm curious as to the version you learned this from. The studio and live versions I have are in E, not D.
