The war has nothing to do with democracy, freedom or helping the MIddle East. It's all about controlling the oil supply for the next generation of developing coutries. If you control the fuel, then you control the country. How do you support the military, industry, transportation of goods, or anything that requires fuel, without the supply of fuel. The strength or population of a country mean very little if you have no fuel to run it. Who has the oil supply? The US wants control of it.
