I know people always ask, I'm just putting it here for reference because it was explained to me when I asked. Zead is death incarnate and disguise, St. Germain is a saint protecting time and space, keeping things chronologically-balanced, Zead's meddling, St. Germain don't like it. Death can't kill time itself. Hector get's the best of Saint Germain, the Innocent Devil he forged manipulates time and space like St. Germain whereas noone else can....yea confusing but not so much now. :)

However, I wouldn't be surprised if he really was.

We all know Zead to be Death, the reaper of souls in disguise...

Theoretically speaking, the figure that is Father Time, could be considered the "reaper" or "regulator" of inevitability.

In which case, the figures of Death and Father Time may be considered as 2 sides of the same coin, and could be considered rivals...

but S.G. can't interfere directly with what is happening and F.T. does control what can happen. St. Germain and Aeon(Judgement) can control, wander, and guard time. They might be brothers for all I know.
