  • I was really disappointed with the X when I drove it. It didn't have the quick steering of the Evo IX and also the boost didn't have the same kick as the last one. The MR was very slow off the line and the manual gearbox was nowhere near as good as the IX.

  • The transmission ruins this car. I was going to get the ralliart but stuck to the traditional lancer and will get a used evo x with the standard manual in a few years.

  • @snokprok yes the SST is not liked by everyone and its a pity the RalliARt is not available with a 5 speed here in Oz. Mitsubishi need to reconsider this option

    the way the car handles and its dynamic setup is based on a fwd cat and the they hung a diff in the back. Its not like the EVO where it was designed from the start as a true 4wd

  • YES THE EVO X HAS DOUBLE OFF..

    when you hold the asc for 3 seconds it totally shuts off all invasive computer saftety systems... we tried it in my boys GSR and he notices a difference... you can really get some nice drifts with the off off... it lets you smoke the tires no problem

  • Please understandf that even in this mode "double off" its not 100% off!

    its as close as you can get!

  • I have a light switch that does that too, it has the settings on, off, and off off. I switch it once and it gets dark, one more time and all the light on my street turn off.

    Come on man, its off or its not. The diff is S-Sport, sport and off. Its not a double off, that does not make sense.

  • Even a cheap lapel mic could improve the sound a lot .I do recommend getting one. Otherwise a great job on the videos.

  • Yes the US Ralliart has a Recaro Package which also brings Factory HID headlamps with projectors; pretty much the same headlights found in the Evo X MR

  • FYI Brett the US spec model does have a "Recaro Package" which gives you the MR interior seats, HID's, and the upgraded stereo system. Great work up on the videos, thanks, keep em' coming on the mods!

  • for the ralliart, can you shift with the gearbox or only the paddle shifters

  • the RalliArt trans is same as the EVO, but the RalliARt has no super sports mode.

  • no plans at present we are flat out on the evo and ralliArt models

  • the RalliArt does not have launch control at 5000 RPm cause it does not have super sports mode for the SST trans....

  • They show the cheap ''us'' interior. The cheap canadian interior is the same as the X gsr, and the premium ralliart interior is the same as the X MR, premium. That cheap interior indeed suck

  • Hmm, not sure for the US (but probably) but the canadian one, yes. I could check in the next days to be sure but that should be it. Plus, the "base" canadian ralliart has recaro and HID.
