Good documentary. Why do some people dress up in evening wear to go to an artwalk?

@nighthauke oh! oh! I know! Because there isn't much to do in McAllen at all. So when something slightly new happens in McAllen, people wear their Sunday best and walk down a muggy, humid street in it. It's pretty sad really, I've seen it with my very own eyes. That and Mexican Nationals, who are really the only one's contributing to the local economy, whom without not too many business would survive in McAllen.
