hello i was wondering if you have to be a certain age or anything like that to do telekinesis. I am 12 and have been trying to learn telekinesis. Also i was wondering if you should have your eyes open or closed when performing telekinesis. For the 1st question if it has to do with maturity or intelligence, i am much more intelligent than most people my age and am more mature too.

Yes well it's all related under the topic psi. If you can do telepathy, you most likely have gained enough knowledge of your inner self to be able to do telekinesis.
A few side effects I noticed: spirit activities in my house (or was it unintentional pk...), often dreaming the future, some telepathy and remote viewing.

I agree I use a multisided approach. I beleive in something called a QRF or quantum reality field with which you can project your intent into action as well as a spiritual approach.
it seems like you attempt to apply science b/c perhaps it comforts you. Consider that science is merely measurement. Nothing more. Nothing less. Giving something a "scientific name" like QRF means nothing whatsoever different than calling it mental or spiritual in nature. You may find much greater success by letting these premises go and simply accepting your findings for whatever they might be. Once you are that far.. call it what you want.. measure it however it suits you..
