so how does the Red Death mask work I'm starting to think its a little electric gear that moves it. because he talks but the mouth doesn't move. unless he wants it to.

The jaw is attached with elastic. The thinner the elastic, the easier the mouth moves.

He built the Red Death costume. It took many years of research and hard work.

That mask was done by a local sculptor, and made in plastic. The best advice I can offer there is to contact a local artist and see if they know of anyone or would be willing/able to do it themselves.

Nope. He wasn't interested in more commissions, so again, you will have to find someone locally. About 50+ people have asked before you, and all got the same advice.
