question ive been doing ab ribber x and other ab workouts for a while now. my abs started to look a lot better but then my lower ab started to bcome less noticable. nothign im doing changed so whats wrong with what im doing?

You don't get ripped like that through the use of steroids....you COULD, but the average income earner in the US just can't afford it. Getting ripped is done by intense, dieting, via low-fat, high protein, carb cycling.

I know that you gain muscle when the muscle is damaged causing them to be sore the next day. When I do these bicep exercises my arms don't get sore, only tired... Any help?

can u explain y u were holding the dumbell with something that looked similar to a towerl ( i have no idea what it was). what is the difference between that and a normal dumbell curl

@dandres1224 its called Excersise To Failure . Lift till you cant do anymore lifting , and do 3 sets of each he showed (: so if you can do 20 curls lifting 50 p do 20 for 3 sets

If one of these elements are not in order, you will never be able to get maximum results from the other two elements. Are there two or three elements not in order, then there's a chances that you do everything for nothing!
Now it's the fact that you are helping us working out, but you're not helping us with nutrition. I bet that a quarter of the views you get actually downloads your program..
So what I wanna say is, it should be better if you would make a good video about nutrition aswell. Where you explain how much and when you should eat, what you should eat etc. You could tell us some facts about proteins, like where you can get them from without using supplements, etc. etc.
