Hi I know the best type of straightener to use is ceramic, but what is the best kind of flat iron to get? I like yours but you said you didn't know where to find it, do you know what company or model made it. I have been having problems with keeping up with my hair and I am trying to get it back healthy. A year ago I let a prof., dye it and she completely destroyed my hair so I had to cut all the colored parts out and now its about your hair length. Your videos gave me insight. Thank You!

@clarissa0607: oh really? i want to get my hair colored so badly but i'm afraid it would fall due to too much dry_ness, so most of the time i just use rinses. but yea i use a kiyoseki styling iron. my mom actually got it from a paid program commercial a while ago, but u can google it and purchase it online. =)

that is a kiyoseki 3 in 1 styling iron you can look it up online I am sure you probably have seen the infomercial it is a great flat iron which is a straightener there are other reviews on this flat iron comes with a paddle brush, a comb, conditioning mist and shine spray all in a black tote bag oh yeah & hair clips.

lol anytime jus speakin the truth and what kind of protectant do you use i tried silk elements but i think my hair started getting too much protein so im thinkin about trying silk elements with olive oil instead

it annoys me hen people say YOUR DAMAGING YOUR HAIR etc. Some peoples hair can handle high heat but should still use heat protectant. Some peoples hair can handle relaxers too. everyone is unique not everyones the same. This vid was very good though lots of tips for me but i just wish that people would realize that EVERYONE IS UNIQUE i mean honestly if you were damaging your hair would it have even got as far as it did now? it looks healthy to me good job.

You should try the heat defense shampoo, condiotioner, and protector spray by Dove. I found this product by a black lady that gave awsome review. and she was right. I tried. it's excellent.

yea i didn't think my bra was gonna be showing in the video but WHO CARES we're all girls.. LoL umm yea i did flat iron my hair in the other parts of this video but i curled it after wards. so yea try flat to flat iron ur hair and i was told that biosilk Silk Therapy works really good, so that's what i would recommend for silkyness and shine.

loved your video girl!! But I just wanted to tell you Pantene drys black hair out. You should use Mizani or Motions products. And try to use a product on you hair before you blow dry...nothing too heavy. I sue Biosilk Silk Therapy...Its great!

Your hair gets puffy when you blow dry because it is too wet. I know that sounds crazy but it's true. Next time you blow dry, make sure at least 80% is your hair is dry. If your not sure if it's dry enough, wait 5 minutes before you use the dryer. and #2.....make sure your have moisture in your hair.. Biosilk Silk Therapy works wonders...Just a little goes a long way.
