Ian Milne is NOT an economist. He doesn't even have a degree in Economics (unlike me), he's never published any academically respected work. He is a policy entrepreneur.

I know plenty of accountants who don't have degrees in Economics/Accountancy. 30 years ago people didn't have degrees in anything, but this has changed as society has done.
You don't have to be an expert in anything to see what Ian Milne is talking about makes good sense.

If the freedom association were to campaign for a proper UK constitution and a bill of rights - NOT a Bill of Rights for rich parliamentarians and landed merchants and manufacturers with the monarch and the aristocracy, which is all the 1688 bill is.
