1. For inline speed skating there are two tyoes of wheel's. Indoor and Outdoor. =)

2.Those 4 wheel blades don't bring him down. They are meant to do what ever you want. Mostly inline speed skating.

3. Not all jam skating is done on quads.

4. Most speed skater's can use quads i SHOULD KNOW! i would like to see you put yourself on speed skate's then skate. especially outdoor's.. =) that's all i have to say.
