these were the golden days of wow,waiting 1 hour for bg to pop up,a single bg lasting over 2 hours,using your abilities from 1 to 5 to take down your opponent,you had to be on wow 24/7 grinding endless bg's and hk's till you earn a high ranked tittle and gear,and what happened when you achieving that?you continue clicking from 1 to 5 3 shotting your enemies,awsome pvp based on skill lol.
Everyone who wants to play vanilla WoW again needs to stop complaining. There are plenty of private servers out with vanilla wow using 1x blizz rates. Mind you, there are bugs, problems, and super low populations, but it's still like playing vanilla wow.

@getazoify top lolpvp you mean. Pat and Maydie were nothing without 4 healers behind their tail the whole time. Their only real skill was to make a good movie editing. Now, if you trully want to see a BEAST from this age of PvP, go check Laintime. Not only the best warrior of all time but maybe the best PvPer. No warrior mastered its class like him.

Those were the good times. Reaching High Warlord was my greatest achievement in wow. That was true glory and true reward. The feeling was immense. You were truly EPIC, and a badass.
Nowadays every 12 year old walks around with Epicness equipped, asking for more freebies on a purple platter.
Back in the day, there were true soldiers, nobody gave it to ya, you had to take it.

he came back at lvl 70 and got gladiator in season 1,2,3 and 4. He made a new pvp video at 70, i had him on armory now his armory doens't show anymore guess he stopped.
anyone who says "vanilla pvp was where its at" obviously hasnt seriously watched pat / maydie, think about it for a second, hes white swing critting for 40%+ of their hp, to do that now you would have to white swing crit for close to 9,000, There WAS No balance back then, it was a gib fest, resilience fixed pvp, mid season 2 early season 3 was PERFECT, before druids became "lol you have to run me oom to kill me"

With most classes needed the enemy as far away as possible, rogues had to kill before they could react and warriors had to sh*tface the enemy. and besides, knocking off 40% wasn't really THAT crazy. mages and locks could easily do that if specced correctly. Also, in the beginning it MIGHT have helped, but after S3, it ruined it, simply because newcaps couldn't hurt people with S2/S3
mages cant fire a fireball every 2.5 seconds WHILE DOING OTHER THINGS, if warriors had to either pick between white hitting or doing something else, then yes, you would have a point, and the rest of that garbage just proves how dumb vanilla pvp was, 7proc windfury anyone?

I'm unsure, but at one point in one of the patches in the video, there was a bug and it granted him an extra talent point, hence why you see him through only HALF the video with Mortal Strike + Death Wish (52 points, 51 is what you have at 60)

@ vgrganto, believe it or not, but prot warriors do alot of dmg without having to do a frikin buff combo, charge, moking blow move,i just clicked 1 button and i hit my arms max with prot, im lvl 55 warrior, crappy shield and wep, hit 1100 dmg with my shield oftenly
Nostalgia tends to blind people to the facts pre-bc was terribly un-balanced, on most servers bg's took upwards of 25-30 mins to start up, raids were far more exclusive, groups were rare. I could go on, the point is you need to look past the nostalgia and ask yourself if you'd really want to play on pre-bc servers.

Omfg... These warriors were WAY too over-powered Pre-BC, I have a level 72 Human Pally, and I do just a tad bit more dmg than him, but that's crazy for a 60...

Going to say it again, EVERYTHING in vanilla was changed when TBC was released, except for repairs. PVP was never the same, PVE was never the same. Don't cry about it unless you have a rank 14 title to your name.

you cant say he is not a Pro when he hit a plate Warrior for like 1,8k-2k Pre Wotlk and Pre Bc.
A T2 Geared Shaman have like 5k (yes pre Bc i had a T2 Full Resto Shaman with 5,1k Life unbuffed) he can 2 hit me in this Time and this is freaking awesome i think and whatever, is he useing every Fight Death Wish ? Hmm no not rly.

Pat is without a doubt a very talented warrior, having a 80 ms warrior myself i see his talent, however its not hard to dominate on a warrior with a few full pvp heals on u. I have 5v5'd pats team at 70 and we beat him every single time.
