I think that shannon's mother has serious mental problems. The child looks autistic or otherwise seriously traumatized. At least the baby was found alive. I am glad the grandmother is going to look after the baby but she needs some educating to understand the seriousness of her childs mental illnesses. As a mother I can understand her saying she will stick by her daughter but I hope shannon stays safe and is well cared for and loved. I like watching your clips sierra1947 and love your comments.
it is possible that the babys mother could be suffering from a form of post natal depression , that one where women hurt their children, and this baby sitter has played on it, but then again i could be barking up the wrong tree
After listening to Christine's mother on Nancy last night, I was thinking the same thing that there just maybe some severe postpartum depression going on. You could see in the mother's eyes she was not all there.
I am also concerned over Shannon as something is not quite right with her. I do hope that Shannon is heathly in all forms so you can grow up and have a beautiful life.
thank god finally a happy ending to a sad situation. i hope that the babysitter who put that poor little baby in a box gets a nice little cell of her own for a long time. happy ending to a sad story and im sure all idiots will be held accountable because at the end of the day you just cant fix stupid but you can certainly lock it up in a prison cell so it dont bother us normal human beings
Geez, when the defense attorney said "Baker is a Hero", I nearly jumped inside my TV. WTH, since when does a hero put a baby in a cedar box, close the lid, secure it and put it under a bed for 12 hours? Geez!!!!

Baker is no hero and what happened to Baker's stepson? Not enough evidence to press charges?..I hope Baker spends a long time in jail.
