You can clearly see at 1:12 how the worm collides with the teeth of the wheel. I've tried this way, but it's not possible to make it without a collision between the two parts. There is another proper way to make the wheel, but I don't know it.

Mi español no es bueno. Las artes de mates son diferentes. Ellos sólo determinar el número de vueltas que uno de los aparejos hace versos. Y cuando no limiten la ubicación. Ellos sólo determinar la rotación. Voy a enviar un simple mate vídeo, pero es bastante bien cubierto en los sólidos obras archivos de ayuda. Usted selecciona los dos ejes que desea limitar y establecer la distancia en el menú de mate.

thanks for the tip. I didn't do the spreadsheet thing (sounds complicated.) i made an extruded cylinder like you did, put a helical path around it and make a plane normal to the path. it was easy to make a worm after that.
