Well l a submarine can fire on land but not in red alert 3, in red alert 2 yuri's revenge Yuri's boomer can use missles to attack land. Guardians aren't amphibious even the blind can see that I mean look at it an armour looking like that can not float on WATER. And why do you say that you don' have defenses for the apocalypse tanks, you don't have defenses even for a single conscript . For me the might of the SOVIET UNION is unparalled by any faction. Defend your base, train more than 1 Attack Dog to scout, transform use Mecha mode for Tengus and follow them up wit Tsunami Tanks. They are amphibious too.
