  • KURDS YEAH SO NEXT TIME INCLUDE BADINI!

  • Could the "Goti" be the original Goths??

  • as an linguistic, i can tell you that what we know of the kurdish is NOT related to median, in fact the medians and the corduyen were distinct from begining, and what you call kurdish today, is not one people or one language, it composes many related(and unrelated) people and laguages that have been absorbed.median is closer to old persian than kurdish. all this is nonsens about creating history out of what is not, shows the lack of identity. the german musik says it all

  • @drujmago A linguistic wouldn't say that a people shows a lack of identity

  • the map is wrong arya ws in india..

  • the ancient kurds werent aryans! iranicized later...

  • hungarian chronicles saved the right kurd past.

  • ASSYRIAN QATOLA BROTHER DONT CRY, WE HAVENT STOLEN YOUR COUNTRY,, YOUR COUNTRY IS SYRRYA LAND AND YOU HAVE CROSSED OVER THE RIVER MATE.WE SAVED YOU AS YOU WERE HIDDEN IN OUR MOUNTAIN BECAUSE OF CHRISTYANITY AND NOW U TURNING AS UNFAITHFUL DOG

  • Fucking kurdish gypsies who have stolen my country !

  • @AssyrianQatola

    1. Kurds aren't nomadic, therefor - not gypsies.

    2. Your just pissed of beacuse Cyaxares fucked you Assyrians over, and revenged his father, Phraortes ;)

    3. I bet you're a blind nationalist, if not. Then you should know that one of the PKK founders was of Assyrian origin :P

  • The Medes are sometimes considered by Kurdish nationalists to be one of the ancestors of the Kurds based on linguistic and geographic claims.[26] This conjecture is, however, challenged by other scholars who consider central Iranian dialects, mainly those of Kashan area and Tati as the only direct offshoots of Median language.[27][28] .[29] Moreover linguistic evidence shows the ancestor of the Kurds lived to the south of the Medes and departed from the South to the North..

  • @BEYADEHVATAN

Vladimir Minorsky suggested that the Medes who widely inhabited the land where currently the Kurds, are the majority in, are likely to be the forefathers of the modern Kurds, also on the basis of historical and lingustic evidence that he gathered. John Limbert says that all Kurdish dialects have maintained the basic characteristics of Kurdish despite the wide dispersion of the tribes. Furthermore Gernot Windfuhr identified Kurdish dialects as Parthian, albeit with Median.

  • @xCutexxAngelx i did not expect such filthy lies from a girl..if that is what you are.. these days the kurds are not trustworthy..you know with all those arrangements guns and finance by USA.. this backstabbing culture is not one of the Sassanian.. First of all median tribes consisted of 6 tribes.. Busae, the Paretaceni, the Struchates, the Arizanti, the Budii, and the Magi. stated by greek and iranian scolars. 4 of them are proven iranian etymology. also do not dare claim King Ardashir

  • I am Persian but I hope one day the Kurds re-establish their land and reclaim their Zoroastrian faith!!!!

  • the aryan language doesn't originate from central asia, it originates from caucasus. thats where aryans come from. also haurmai language is the oldest Kurdish language and it doesn't come from any indo-european languages like sorani and badini, it originates from the zagroz mountains. common words are not only present between Kurdish language with farsi and other neighboring languages, its also present between farsi and english. e.g. name- nam, mother-moder...etc

  • @TheScienceofnature South Russia, around the black sea ;)

  • Although I did not find some of the claims, propositions and conclusions in this video to be entirely convincing (as they lack decisive, academic support), it was ultimately very entertaining and thoroughly interesting.

  • @gloomyoutlook how can u if u dont know KURDISH u wont understand the underlay thats wy u are not convinced u have to KNOW kurdi to understand but if u look again the part og avesta u will see that still today modern europaen use same WORDS or similar sounding its not ur mistake its our KURDS mistake that we trusted the turks and were cut off from our RICH and very deep reaching l'history greatings

We wil not forget what hour history gaved us, we are only talkin about kurdistan

    thnk u

  • hi im sorry, im kurdish and correct me if I'm wrong but didn't you forget the dialect badini? thats what i speak... or educate me on what its close to at least

  • U r right. Sorry... This video is from fireofthemedia2. She is very patriot but i think so, she forgot it.

  • @Programm2006 oh ok i was just wondering...for a sec there i thought badini wasnt a main dialect lol... but ok thanks!!1 :)

  • @Programm2006 She didn't forget it.. Badhînî belongs to Kurmanci.. excactly for example like Shikakî, which is spoken in Urumîye.

  • @suisseTKD Kirmanji is not a separate dialect from Badini. Kirmanj is the Turkish word for Kurd. the Kurds of Turkey are also Badini like the people of Duhk. they also speak Badini dialect. the Kurds of northern Kurdistan are Badini, the Kurds of southern Kurdistan are Sorani. actually Sorani is also a word which describes the principality of Soran which ruled southern Kurdistan during the 17th and 18th century. e.g. the people of sulaymany are citizens of the principality of Baban not Soran.

  • @TheScienceofnature the people of southern Kurdistan all speak the same dialect which is known as Sorani, however Sorani is not a dialect, or at least it wasn't used to describe the language, Sorani is the name of the Principality of Soran. southern Kurdistan has had many Principalities such as Soran, Baban, Mukryan...etc Soran and Baban even went to war at some point in history, they both spoke the same dialect and the same language. it was more like the PUK and PDK today.

  • @TheScienceofnature -.- Kurmanci is a turkish word? Oo haha Don't make me laugh! Kur - Mandj = Son of Med. This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with tirk!!!

Kurmanci is the generic term of some dialekts. Shikakî, Badînî, and some others belongs to Kurmanci!

Please go read in Wikipedia under en.wikipedia kurmanji

  • @suisseTKD you are right about that. that was a very foul mistake on my part, my apologies friend. how could i be so foolish to think that the word which Kurds call themselves by comes from Turk. you are 100% correct about the fact that it means son of Media. or at least of the median tribe of magi, Kur is a very obvious name in Kurdish language, it means son. and magi is a well known Muslim tribe, in the movie Mummy they are falsely labeled as Saracen or an arab tribe who are gods warriors.

  • @suisseTKD the magi are one of the most famous tribes of the medean people, Kurdish people. one of the three wise man who are the subject of the Biblical story of nativity is thought to be from the magi tribe. of course both three wise man were Kurds, from different Kurdish tribes. but specifically one of them was a magi.

  • @janetuyi Kurmanji is mistakenly called by some as Bahdini, simply because Kurmanji speaking Kurds live in Bahdinan region.

  • Bahdini is synonym for Kurmanji @janetuyi

  • @janetuyi, Badinan or Behdinan is not a dialect, its a region whos dielct falls in Kurmanci. Badini or Behdini is a branch of Kurmanci. Kurmanci is a main dialect that consists of Behdini, Shikaki, Botani, hekari. All these are branches of Kurmanci. I am from duhok too, but we are soo wrong when we say we speak behdini, because there is no such thing as behdini no such dialect. Its Kurmanci.

  • @janetuyi badini is kurmanji subdialect. I dont understand sorani but badini very well. kurmanji varies very much in pronouncing, different provinces speak in different tempo's and accent of kurmanji.

  • @janetuyi

Badini and Kurmanji are different names for the same dialect, so a Kurd from Amed would say Barzani speaks Kurmanji, while a Kurd from Hewler would say he speaks Badini.

  • @janetuyi u speak spanish

  • i love kurdistan

  • UNITED KURDISTAN FOREVER

  • I hope someday Iranian would have a real democracy and the Kurds and all other nations of GREAT IRAN could live in peace and BE LIKE WHAT THEY HAVE USED TO BE 1000s of years!

    Love for our graet nations!
